How to make winter bamboo shoots and bacon rice

1. Apply a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the casserole, put in the rice that has been soaked in water for 1 hour in advance, pour in an appropriate amount of water and 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil, mix well, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn the lid down.Simmer until mature;

2. Slice bacon, cut sausage into thin sections, and cut winter bamboo shoots into small pieces , shred the ginger, and chop the green onion for later use;
