How to stir-fry Erhai sea vegetables

1.Clean the sea vegetables.

2.Cut into 5 cm long sections.

3. Heat the oil in the pan and saute the garlic until fragrant.

4. Add sea vegetables and stir-fry for two minutes.

Tips
