Ingredients
Tofu ( 300g ) | Chinese cabbage ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken powder (appropriate amount) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Shopee ( Appropriate amount ) |
Clean water ( Appropriate amount ) | Onions ( Moderate amount ) |
How to make casserole with cabbage and tofu

1.Soak the tofu in light salt water for ten minutes in advance, remove it and cut it into small pieces,

3.Slice the ginger, cut the green onions into small sections, wash the dried shrimps and set aside

4. Heat a little oil in a wok until it is 50% hot, add onions and ginger and sauté until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of dried shrimps and stir-fry for a while, then pour in water
