Recipe for Mustard Green, Tofu and Pork Soup

1.As shown in the picture, prepare all the ingredients.

2.Choose sections of mustard greens, soak them in salt water, wash them and drain them.Reserve

3. Cut the tofu into cubes, plate and set aside.(Be careful and gentle when cutting.Tofu is fragile)

4.Lean meat Wash, cut into thin slices, then chop into small pieces.(If you find it troublesome, you can ask the butcher to help mince the meat.) Add a little salt and grab a spoon.Pickled and flavorful.

5.Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot.

6. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

7.In about a minute, the water boiled.

8.Put the mustard greens into the pot and press them down with chopsticks or a rice spoon.Cook until the mustard greens change color slightly.Pour appropriate amount of peanut oil.

Tips
Put the tofu last, do not stir the tofu with a rice spoon.fragile! Oil and salt can be added as appropriate according to personal taste!
