How to make kidney bean curd (lazy bean curd)

1. Wash and mince the kohlrabi.Heat the wok, add oil and sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.Add the minced green pepper first, then add the minced meat and stir-fry until loose.Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.Add the minced kohlrabi and stir-fry together.Remove from the pot and serve in a bowl.Serve with bean sprouts.

Tips
