How to stir-fry chicken breast with kimchi

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and set aside.

2. Cut the kimchi into shreds.

3. Blanch the chicken breasts in hot water.

4.After blanching in hot water, wash it twice with cold water.

5. After the oil is heated to 70% to 80%, put the chicken breast into the pot and stir-fry , stir-fry until fragrant, add the prepared kimchi, stir-fry for about 1 minute and then turn off the heat.

6.Plate and serve.
Tips
The blanched chicken breasts must be rinsed several times with cold water to better remove the fishy smell of the chicken breasts.
