Ingredients

How to make cup cream cake

1. Separate the eggs and add the normal amount of sugar to the egg yolks.

2. Beat the egg yolk until light yellow.

3.Add two tablespoons of water and continue to beat.If you have lemon or orange, you can add a little peel to increase the aroma.

4.Sift flour, baking powder and salt into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly.

5. Beat the egg whites until they form small peaks and add the remaining white sugar.

6.Continue to beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.

7.Add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk paste and mix well.

8. Pour the mixture mixed in step 7 into the remaining beaten egg whites, mix uniform.

9.Pour the mixed paste into the baking pan.I used a square baking pan that was about 23cm long.Line the bottom of the baking pan with baking paper to facilitate unmoulding.

10.Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.Remove and let cool.Every oven is different, so you need to adjust the time according to your oven.

11.While the cake is cooling, whip the whipped cream.Add a tablespoon of sugar.

13. Let cool Cut the cake into pieces and place into small cups.

14.Mix appropriately whipped cream and diced fruits according to your own taste.

15.Put a layer of creamy fruit on the cake.

16.Add another layer of cake pieces.

17.Finally, add a layer of creamy fruit.

18.Follow the same steps and make another mango one.

Tips
To maintain the freshness of the fruit, it is recommended not to assemble all the ingredients at once.Cut as much fruit as you need to eat a few cups.
