How to cook pork with potatoes and salt

1.Prepare materials

2. Slice pork belly, slice potatoes (soak in cold water to prevent oxidation and discoloration), cut green peppers into rings, and mince ginger and garlic

3.Heat the pan and add oil

4.Add the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked and slightly yellow in color, then remove.

Tips
Thinly sliced potato slices are easier to fry, and the pork belly is cooked with the skin intact.When frying the meat slices, you will see the meat slices turn brown and the taste will be more charred and fragrant.
