How to stir-fry razor clams with ginger and green onion

2.Pick the razor clams one by one, ask the vendor for some water and keep them in the refrigerator compartment for an hour

3.Wash thoroughly, dry and set aside for later use

4.Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and onion until slightly yellow

5.Pour in the razor clams and stir-fry ~ Stir-fry for about a minute, add cooking wine and half a bowl of water, then add salt, sugar, and light soy sauce

6.After one minute, add chicken essence and chopped green onion and stir-fry again
