Ingredients
Onion ( Half ) | Tomato ( One ) |
Pasta ( for one person ) | Sixty (appropriate amount ) |
Fresh squid ( One (small) ) | Garlic ( four ) |
Cheese( Two slices ) | Oil and salt ( Adequate amount ) |
How to make seafood cheese pasta

1.Cook the pasta and put it in cold water and set aside.

2. Cut the fresh squid into pieces and put the scallops into boiling water with ginger for a while, remove and set aside.

3. Dice half an onion, one tomato, and four garlic cloves.Put oil in the pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry.

4. Fry the tomatoes until soft and then add water, scallops and fresh squid.

5.When the soup has reduced a little, add the pasta, then add an appropriate amount of salt and two slices of cheese.When the cheese melts, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
