How to make Hunan Ai Baba

1.Wash the mugwort and put it into a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes
2.After cooking, rinse with clean water, then cut into small pieces, then pour oil into the pot and stir-fry evenly

3.Mix the water-milled glutinous rice flour and fried mugwort evenly, and stir continuously for about 15 minutes.

Tips
Do not stir the mugwort when cooking, otherwise the mugwort will turn yellow , the color is not good-looking
