Ingredients
Pork ribs ( A large plate ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( Adequate amount ) |
Cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt ( Appropriate amount ) |

1.Soak the pork ribs in water and wipe them dry with kitchen paper.Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add ginger slices, add the pork ribs and fry in the pan.

2. When frying the ribs, take a small bowl and adjust the sugar.For vinegar sauce, I use a 15ml measuring spoon (one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of dark soy sauce, three spoons of sugar, four spoons of vinegar, and half a bowl of water).

3. When both sides of the ribs are golden brown, add sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry uniform.

4.Add hot water to cover the ribs and cook in various ways , add salt after the ribs are soft, (if you have children at home, you can omit the chicken essence) and reduce the juice over high heat.

5.Out of the pot! ! I forgot to take a photo at the end, so I could sprinkle white sesame seeds at the end.The kids clamor for food every week.
Tips
The ribs must be fried for a long time.
