Garlic vermicelli How to make steamed prawns

1.Preparation Required ingredients.

2. Remove the heads of the prawns, pick out the shrimp threads, mince the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance.

4. Prepare the sauce: take a small bowl and add light soy sauce, mature vinegar, Stir sugar, sesame oil, steamed fish soy sauce, salt and pepper evenly, then add appropriate amount of water and mix well and set aside.(Don’t add too much water.You can taste it yourself after the sauce is prepared.)

5. Remove the soaked vermicelli, drain the water and spread it on the bottom of the plate.Place the prawns on top of the vermicelli.

6.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot, add the onion and ginger Minced garlic bursts with fragrance.

7. Spread the fried onion, ginger, garlic and oil evenly on the ingredients above.

8.Pour the prepared sauce evenly on top.

9. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then put the plate into the pot Cover the pot and steam for 1-2 minutes, then open the lid and steam for 7-8 minutes.(The taste of steamed shrimps after opening the lid will not be old, and the vermicelli noodles will not be dry.)

Tips
In order to keep the dish beautiful, I did not cut the back of the shrimp.If you want to eat it yourself, you can cut all the back, which will make it more delicious.
The sauce can be prepared according to your own taste.You don’t need to add soy sauce if you don’t have steamed fish.
