How to make garlic fried chicken wings

1.Prepare chicken wings

2.Prepare minced garlic

3.Clean the chicken wings and score them twice to add more flavor.

4. Take a bowl and put the chicken wings in, add minced garlic, pepper, allspice, and sugar , salt, seafood soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger slices, sesame oil, small red pepper flakes and stir.

7. Heat oil in the pot until 50% hot, add chicken wings and fry

9.Drain out
