Ingredients

How to make French baguette

1.Common flour, whole wheat flour, instant fermentation, add appropriate amount of warm water, stir into cotton wool, and then put Add salt and knead into a dough, then refrigerate for 17 hours.Form the dough into a honeycomb shape and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

4. Soak the raisins in rum overnight, remove them from the refrigerator, and chop the almonds finely.

5.Take a piece of dough and roll it into a rectangle.

7. Roll up from bottom to top, pinch both ends to close.As shown in the picture.

8.Put it on the baking sheet.

9.Sprinkle flour on the surface.

10. Put it in the oven to ferment, put a bowl of hot water below, and set the temperature to 38℃ , ferment for 50 minutes.

11.After fermentation, use a sharp knife to make a few cuts.Place in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 25 minutes.Cover with tin foil after coloring.

12.After taking it out of the oven, place it on a wire rack to cool.

13. Cut it up and eat!
