How to make purple sweet potato and rice sandwich bread

Tips
If your oven does not have a fermentation function with humidity, do not turn on the fermentation function of the oven.Instead, put a large bowl of hot water in the oven, place the baking sheet in the oven, and close the oven door to create sufficient temperature and humidity.
