Salad dressing ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
How to make fried lotus seeds and eggs with bread crumbs

1.Prepare ingredients.

2.Pull the lotus pods apart and peel the lotus seeds.

3.Put vegetable oil, salt and cooked lotus seeds into another pot.Fry for five minutes.

4.After five minutes, add fried eggs to the pan and stir-fry for five minutes.
