How to make seaweed and meat floss bread

1.Add the dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then powder.Place sugar and salt diagonally.Finally, dig a hole in the flour and add yeast powder.Start the bread machine dough program (my bread machine dough program is kneading + fermentation functions together, the total is 1 hour and 50 minutes)

2. When the dough is kneaded for about 10 minutes, add butter and continue kneading for about 50 minutes until it is fully expanded.

3. Ferment until 2.5 times, dip your finger in flour and poke holes, it will not collapse or rebound.

4. Take out the dough and deflate it, divide it into ten equal parts, roll it into a ball and cover it to keep fresh The membrane was allowed to relax for 15 minutes.

5.Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into a round piece with a rolling pin.

6. Apply an appropriate amount of salad dressing.

7.Add 7 grams of seaweed and meat floss.

Tips
1.I add seaweed to the meat floss myself.Cut up the seaweed and add it to the meat floss and stir.If you find it troublesome to add seaweed, you can omit it and just wrap the meat floss.
2.Tips for preserving bread: Put the unfinished bread in a fresh-keeping bag and seal it while it is still warm.It will still be soft for two or three days.Do not store it in the refrigerator.Refrigeration will cause the bread to change.Hard oxidation is faster.
