Duck legs: Nourishing yin
Ingredients
Duck legs ( 2 pieces ) | White pepper ( 2 spoon ) |

How to make salted duck legs

1.Wash the duck legs after thawing

2.Cut green onions and ginger slices.Shredded ginger (forgot to take a photo)

3. Put the duck legs into the pot and add 120 ml of cooking wine , green onions, ginger slices, chicken essence.Two spoons of salt and appropriate amount of water

4. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 seconds Minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour

6. Apply evenly on both sides of the duck legs and drain the juice

Tips
