Garlic ( 2ban ) | Millet Chili ( 1 piece ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | |
Chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) | Vegetable oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( 3 spoons ) |
How to make boiled kale

1.Prepare and wash a handful of kale

2.Chop ginger, garlic, millet chili, and green onions into a bowl.Continue to add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence, and salt to the bowl.Stir evenly and set aside.

3. After the water is boiled, add the kale and flip it with chopsticks a few times to remove it without draining the water

Tips
