Lilac ( 2 capsules ) | Lemongrass ( One ) |

How to make salted duck gizzards

1. Prepare ingredients: washed duck gizzards, bay leaves, cloves, ginger slices , pepper, lemongrass

2. Boil water in a pot, add washed duck gizzards and ginger The slices are boiled.

3. Boil the blanched duck gizzards and wash off the foam with running water.

4. Boil water in another pot, add lemongrass, bay leaves, cloves, peppercorns, and sugar , salt and boil.

5.Pour the washed duck gizzards into the pot and cook for 20 minutes.

6. Pour the cooked duck gizzards and salt water into a bowl and soak them for more than 4 hours.Edible.(For example: cook it in the morning, soak it until dinner and it will be delicious)

Tips
Duck Gizzards need to be blanched to remove the foam, washed and then boiled in salt water to make them fresh.
