Mochi pre-mixed powder ( 200g ) | Milk powder ( 15g ) |
Milk ( 100 grams ) | Egg ( one ) |
Matcha powder ( 2 grams ) | Butter ( 60g ) |

How to make Matcha Cranberry Mochi Bread

1.1.Prepare all materials

2.2.Add milk and matcha powder to mochi premix

3.3.Add eggs and milk powder to the premixed powder, stir evenly

4.4.After the flour is formed into a ball, add softened butter and knead the dough evenly until it is almost expanded.

5.5.Chop the cranberries and add into the flour, stir well.

6.6.Divide the dough evenly into 20g pieces

7.7.Roll the dough into a round shape until the surface is smooth , place in the baking pan, leaving a distance between the dough

8.8.Bake in the upper rack of a preheated 170-degree oven for about 23 minutes
