How to make chocolate cake

12. Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, add it to the chocolate paste, and mix well.

13. Pour the mixed chocolate paste into the remaining egg whites and continue to mix well.Pour into the mold and shake a few times.

14. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes on the middle and lower racks.

15.After taking it out of the oven, shake it a few times, invert it and let it cool.

16. Unmold the cake slowly with your hands.

17. After unmoulding, cool the cake completely.
