How to make cranberry cookies

1.Cake flour, sugar, butter, dried cranberries, eggs!

2.Milk powder, egg liquid!

3. Thaw butter at room temperature, soften and crush with a spoon!

4. Add the egg liquid into the butter in three batches.You can use a whisk like the one I used.The spoon works great too!

7.Add sugar and stir evenly!

8.Add the flour in three times and mix well each time before adding again! Finally add the milk powder!

10.I didn’t have any tools so I wrapped it in plastic wrap! Try to make it as rectangular as possible! Place it in the refrigerator for about an hour! It’ll be fine once it gets hard!

11.Slice! The thickness just feels right to you! But try to have the same thickness! This way the test will be even!

12. Line the baking sheet with tin foil and arrange the cookies evenly! Preheat the oven to 150 in advance!

13. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes! It depends on the color!

14.The finished product is ready to be plated! Crispy in the mouth!
Tips
Ovens are different, so you have to figure it out yourself! If the flour absorbs water, you should adjust it according to your actual situation!
