3. Take out the pitted dates, pour them into a food processor, and beat them into date puree.

4.Then form a ball with your hands.Make the jujube paste filling. In my picture, I pressed it twice with chopsticks so that everyone can see clearly

5.Mix all the flour evenly.Add sugar and mix well.

6. Add appropriate amount of boiling water and stir into dough.

7. Then add appropriate amount of vegetable oil and knead into a smooth dough.Let it cool naturally and refrigerate for half an hour.

8.Take out the refrigerated dough, add the ingredients to form a ball, and wrap it in jujube paste

9.Put the wrapped mooncakes into the mooncake mold.Because corn oil is added to the dough, it won't stick to the mold and you don't need to put any flour on it.

10.Use the mold to punch out all the mooncakes once you finish wrapping them.

11.It tastes better after being refrigerated, and it is refreshing and refreshing. The finished product is beautiful.
Tips
The method I used is super simple, much simpler than the one where the cornstarch is adjusted out and then steamed in a pot. What you need to pay attention to is that all the flour must be fried once, so that it can be eaten directly, and then scalded in boiling water, the texture will be softer.I have written a recipe for the jujube paste filling
