How to make snow-skin mooncakes

1.Prepare all raw materials and accessories and weigh them
2. Boil the milk and pour it into the ice skin powder and stir evenly until there are no powder particles
3.Knead the mixed ice skin until smooth, then divide it into four equal parts, add matcha powder, cocoa powder and purple sweet potato to three parts respectively

4.Weigh the kneaded dough balls into portions of 32 grams each

5.Each dough ball is wrapped with custard filling and pressed into a mold
