6. Activate the kneading button and knead the dough. To smooth dough

7.Add corn oil and continue kneading for about 40 minutes

8. Apply some oil on your hands, and pinch the dough to stretch out the film (because there is glutinous rice flour, If you can’t make a thin film, the glutinous rice flour is relatively sticky, so you need to apply oil on your hands)

9.Take out the dough, roll it into a ball, put it into a container, seal it and ferment it until it doubles in size

10.I almost forgot, I still posted it a little bit

11. Apply a little on the chopping board oil, add the dough and beat to deflate the air

12. Then divide into three equal parts, and relax for 10 seconds after rolling.About minutes

13. Roll it into a ox tongue shape and roll it up at one end

14.Roll it into a long strip again and roll it up at one end

16.Haha, I forgot again, sent out the mold, took out the toast dough, and preheated the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes

17.Put the toast dough into the bottom layer of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

18. Take out the demoulding, and if you like the color to look good, apply a layer of egg yolk liquid (I don’t like brushing)

19.Break it open and it’s still very appetizing
20.It is also easy to slice when slicing
21.Picture of the finished product (it is a little hard when it comes out of the oven, but it will be very soft and elastic after it is sealed and cooled)

15.Put it into the toast mold and put it in the oven to ferment until the box is full
