How to make Hong Kong-style toast

1.Prepare the ingredients

2. First put milk, eggs, milk powder, salt and sugar diagonally into the bread bucket, then add oil

3. Add flour, dig a hole with your hands, and fill it with yeast powder.Start the bread machine, press the kneading program, and knead out the glove film.

4. Start the fermentation function and ferment for 1 hour until it doubles in size

5.Take out the exhaust, divide it into 3 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes

6.Take a piece of dough and roll it out

7.Roll it up again and repeat the action again

8.If you see such bubbles when rolling again, use scissors to cut them (this will happen if the surface is not well ventilated)

9.Put it in the toast box

10.Put it into the oven for fermentation, put two bowls of hot water next to it, and close the oven door (remember to change the water after the hot water gets cold)

11. Ferment until 70-80% full

12.Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then turn to 160 degrees and bake for 35 minutes (cover with tin foil when you are satisfied with the color halfway through)

13.The baked toast is very silky!
Tips
The hair should be twice as big as it should be, just make sure it doesn't shrink back when you poke a hole with your hand. The second batch should be placed 70-80% full of the toast mold, and it will expand again when baked.
