How to make red bean paste toast

1.Pour the flour into a large bowl, add sugar, condensed milk, eggs, milk, and yeast

2.Use chopsticks to stir until there is no dry powder
3.Move the flour to the panel and knead the dough, like washing clothes
4.It will take about ten minutes to get the thick film out

5.Add corn oil

6. Knead the dough vigorously to completely absorb the oil., then add salt

7. Continue to knead, rub and beat the dough until it reaches the expansion stage. It’s a glove film

8. Put the dough into a round shape into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and place Ferment in a warm place until 2.5 times the original size

9. Divide the bean paste filling into three equal parts

10. The dough is fermented well.If it does not bounce back or shrink when you poke it with your finger, it means it is fermented.

11. Take out the dough and press it to deflate, then divide it into three equal portions and cover to keep fresh Let the film rise for 20 minutes

12.Wake up the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into an oval shape and add bean paste. The filling and bean paste filling are also rolled out, but leave a little edge

13.Put the dough from the bottom Roll it up

14.Make it ready and put it in the toast box

15. For secondary fermentation, when the weather is cold, I put the dough in the oven for fermentation. The oven does not have the fermentation function and is placed next to it.Add a bowl of boiling water and continue to change it when it cools down, allowing the dough to ferment until the toast box is nine-tenths full

16.After the dough is fermented, cover it with a lid

17. Preheat the oven to 200℃ 5 minutes, put the toast in and bake at 200℃ for 10 minutes, then adjust to 180℃ and continue baking for 35 minutes (the time and temperature here are for reference only, and should be based on the temperament of your own oven)

19.Put the toast upside down

20.Let it cool and cut it open.I put too much bean paste filling, so it’s not easy to cut, but it’s delicious

21.Finished product picture

18.When the time is up, take it out and give it a shake
Tips
Different brands of flour absorb different amounts of water, so you don’t need to add liquids all at once to avoid being too thin. It’s best to reserve about 10 ml; I put a little too much bean paste filling, so you can adjust accordingly.Reduce a little; please adjust the oven temperature and time according to the temperament of your own oven.
