Pure hand How to make milk square toast

1.First mix the milk and flour (reserve 10 grams of milk), knead into a ball and refrigerate for half an hour.Allow the flour to fully absorb water and promote gluten formation.

2. Mix the yeast and the remaining ten grams of milk, add except butter Add all the other ingredients and start kneading the dough.Knead until a thick film can be pulled out, add butter, and continue kneading in various ways.until it reaches the complete stage.

3. Round and ferment until 2.5 times in size.Take out the dough, tap out any air bubbles, and let rest for fifteen minutes.

4. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangle (the width should not exceed the mold), from the top Roll it down and pinch it tightly.

5.Put it into the oven and put a bowl of boiling water at the same time, and ferment until 7-8 Full points.Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.(The temperature of my oven is on the low side.If you like darker colors, extend the baking time according to your own oven.) Unmold and cool immediately after baking.
Tips
From my experience, when kneading the dough, you should rub the dough downwards with your wrist on the dough board to promote the formation of gluten. Then you can knead the dough like washing clothes, and you can also hold half of it and throw it on the chopping board...for your reference.
