Cheese ( appropriate amount (the original recipe used 4 ounces) ) | Black pepper (appropriate amount) |
Salted butter ( 1.5 teaspoons ) |
How to make avocado, tomato and cheese toast (reprinted)

3. Apply a layer of butter to a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat , add toast slices.Just fry until the bottom side is golden brown, no need to turn it over.

4. Fry until the golden side faces inward, then spread the cheese.

7. Add butter to a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and heat over medium-low heat.Add the entire sandwich, flipping once in between, and fry until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.

6. Spread the avocado, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, then cover with a layer of cheese and another slice Fry one side of the toast until golden brown.
Tips
Fry over low heat, being careful not to overcook the toast.
