Butter ( 70g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 90g ) |
Egg liquid ( 30g ) | Sugar ( 50g ) |
Cocoa powder ( 5 grams ) | Matcha powder ( 5g ) |
How to make butter cookies

1. Prepare all kinds of materials, and take out the butter in advance to soften it.

2. Beat the softened butter with a whisk until smooth, add sugar and continue beat.

3. Beat the butter until it turns white and expands in volume.

4. Add the egg liquid into the butter in two times, adding butter each time Beat with egg mixture evenly.

5.Sift in low-gluten flour.

6.Mix evenly.

7. Divide into two portions, add cocoa powder and matcha powder to each and mix well.

8.Put it into a piping bag with a cookie piping tip, and line the baking sheet with greaseproof paper , squeeze out the cookie shape, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and set the middle layer for 15 minutes.

9.After cooling, the cookies will become crispy!
Tips
I am making two flavors here, so I use five grams each of cocoa powder and matcha powder.If I only make one flavor, the amount is ten grams.
