How to make margarita cookies

1.Weighed out all the ingredients. There are two egg yolks! There was another one that I didn’t shoot until it was finished!

2.Put the sugar and salt into the softened butter! Mix well!

3. Beat the butter until it is puffy and white!

4. Sieve the cooked egg yolks and add the butter! Mix well!

5. Sift the low-gluten flour and cornstarch into the butter.Use a spatula to mix evenly!

6. Stir evenly, knead the round dough and wrap it in plastic wrap.Refrigerate for an hour!

7. Divide the refrigerated dough into small portions, about 15 grams.

8. Use your thumb to press gently to create natural cracks! Very cute and beautiful, right? Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees for five minutes.Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.Very crispy biscuits would be great.
Tips
