Corn starch ( 100g ) | Wheat flour ( 100g ) |
Butter ( 130g ) | White sugar ( 35g ) |

How to make cookies

1.Weigh the butter and soften it at room temperature.Pour 65g of fine sugar (to make powdered sugar) into a grinder and grind it into powdered sugar.I use a grinder designed to grind coffee beans.

2. Add white sugar and ground sugar powder to the softened butter.

3. Beat the butter and sugar with a whisk.Beat the eggs and add them to the butter bowl in three batches, stirring well each time before adding the egg liquid.Then sift in cornstarch and wheat flour.Use a spatula to stir evenly without any dry powder.

4. Put a large 8-tooth piping nozzle on the cloth decorating bag.Pour the batter into a piping bag and pipe out cookies.Be sure to place tin foil or oil paper on the baking sheet or baking sheet!

5. Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 190 degrees and place on the baking sheet.Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are slightly golden.
Tips
If you don’t have cake flour, mix equal amounts of cornstarch and wheat flour to make cake flour.
