How to make Cocoa Peanut Cookies

1. Butter and sugar Heat over water until melted.Then remove from heat and cool.

2.Add salt and milk powder and mix evenly.

3. Add egg liquid and condensed milk and mix well.

4. Then add the crushed peanuts and mix well.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder and mix well to form a dough.

6.Put the dough into the mold and press it into shape (I don’t have a mold, so I use a crisper to cushion it) Layer the plastic wrap and press lightly) and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.

7.After half an hour, remove and cut into even slices.(Preheat the oven to 150 degrees)

Tips
When kneading the dough in steps 5 and 6, do not over-knead the dough, as long as it is just formed..
