How to make mooncakes with strawberry filling

1.Prepare the materials to be used and weigh them all using a scale p>

2.Sift all the flour into a clean basin

3.Pour the milk into the powder and stir evenly until there are no particles

4. Pour in the condensed milk and soybean oil and stir until no oil is visible on the surface

5.Put in boiling water and steam for 30 minutes

6.After steaming, take it out and stir it quickly with chopsticks, then knead it into smooth dough.Each dough is 25g, and the strawberry filling is 25g each.

7. Flatten the dough to wrap the filling (I forgot to take a photo, so I will use custard filling to make up for it here)
