Plain flour ( 200g ) | Butter ( 45g ) |

How to make crispy blueberry cookies

1. Prepare all the ingredients, soften the butter at room temperature and press it until soft with a spoon.

2.Pour the white sugar into the butter bowl and stir evenly, add cooking oil and eggs, and mix well.

3. Cut the dried blueberries into fine pieces.

4.Pour the dried blueberries and flour into the basin, stir briefly and then mix it with your hands until smooth Dough.

5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes, arrange it into a rectangle, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze 1 -2 hours.

6. Take out the frozen dough and cut it into small even pieces.Preheat the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.When the surface of the biscuits is dry, adjust the heat to 100 degrees and continue baking for 10 minutes.Take them out of the oven!
Tips
The oven temperature is set according to my own oven.I think my oven is too powerful, so I usually bake things at 150-180 degrees.
