Pumpkin: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 1 ) | Glutinous rice flour ( It depends on the situation span> ) |
White sugar ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1.Peel the pumpkin and wash it!

2.Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, add white sugar and steam until cooked.

3.After the pumpkin is steamed, take it out and add glutinous rice flour.(You can pour the glutinous rice flour directly after steaming.Pour the glutinous rice flour in several batches)

4.Mix pumpkin and glutinous rice flour into a dough, mix until not sticky.Then roll into small pieces for easy frying/frying

5.Then start frying/or frying.Press lightly and it will swell.
