How to make margarita cookies

1. Prepare all the ingredients and soften the butter in advance.

2. Add sugar to the softened butter and stir.(Prevent the egg beater from flying away the sugar)

3. Beat the butter until cottony white., slightly larger in size.(I added white sugar instead of powdered sugar, so it doesn’t look cotton-like, but it’s the same)

4.Crush 2 egg yolks on a sieve with a spoon.

5.Crush into powder and mix well with butter.

6.Sift in low flour and corn flour.

7.Use the cutting and mixing method to mix well.Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

8. Take out the dough and divide it into several small portions of about 15g.Use Use your hands to roll the small portion into a round shape.

9. Place oiled paper on a baking sheet and place the rolled balls on the baking sheet On the plate, use your thumb to flatten it in the middle to allow natural cracks to appear.

10.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes.

11.Ding~ It’s baked, and a smell of milk comes out.Ah~ delicious.

12.Picture of the finished product.
Tips
Powdered sugar can be replaced by fine sugar.Relatively speaking, powdered sugar tastes better, but fine sugar is not bad either.Ovens are different, and the temperature of the oven naturally changes and can be adjusted appropriately.
