Condensed milk ( 32g ) | Fine sugar ( 20g ) |
Egg yolk ( 2 pieces ) | Custard powder ( 6 grams ) |
Mango ( Moderate amount ) |

1.Prepare materials

2.Pour the milk into the whipping cream.

3.Pour the condensed milk into the milk and whipping cream.

4. Heat over water, stir well, and melt the sugar and condensed milk.

5. Beat the rhubarb and mix well.

6. Pour the cool milk into the beaten egg yolk.

7. Stir the egg yolk milk liquid evenly.

8. Sift in the custard powder and mix well until there are no particles.

10.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
