Ingredients
Whole wheat bread flour ( 50g ) | Low gluten flour ( 50g ) |
Apple ( one ) | White sugar ( 10g ) |
Lemon juice ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make rose apple tart

1.Prepare a mixing bowl and pour 50g whole wheat bread flour and 50g low-gluten flour into the mixing bowl.Add 40ml of water and mix into a smooth dough

2.Do not peel the apples, but wash them with coarse salt.Clean and cut as shown below.

3.Put the apple slices into the cooking pot and add water just enough to cover the apple slices.Then add sugar and an appropriate amount of lemon juice.After boiling, turn off the heat and soak.Finally remove and drain.

4. Use a rolling pin to shape the dough into a thin rectangular shape, and cut it into long strips with a knife.The dough must be thin~

5. Place the apple slices on half of the dough in turn, Fold the other half of dough upwards to wrap the lower ends of the apple slices.

6. As shown in the picture on the left, roll up one end to the end and seal it.Be gentle and don't squeeze the apple slices out.

7.Put oil paper in the oven and put the apple tart on the baking sheet.Preheat to 175 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
