Eggs ( 2 ) | Milk ( 65g ) |
Fine sugar ( 20g ) | Whipping cream ( 75 ) |
Egg tart crust ( 16 pieces ) |
How to make mushroom cloud egg tarts

1.Materials used (a few more egg tart shells were added later)

2.Put in two eggs

3.Pour in fine sugar

4.Pour in milk

5.Pour in the whipping cream

6.Stir evenly

7. Filter through a sieve
8.The color in the photo was not quite right.Each one was a bit too much.I made 16 in total.You can make about 20 of these, small ones.

9.When placed in the oven for 1 minute, there was almost no change.Bake top and bottom for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.

10.Put it in the oven for 5 minutes.The edges of the egg tart look a little crispy.

Tips
Each Eight points is enough inside, don’t put too much, otherwise it will become a mushroom cloud, haha.
