Cake flour ( 60g ) | Butter ( 50g ) |
Small triangle cheese ( 2 pieces ) | Milk ( 110ml ) |

Cheese Egg Tart Recipe

1.The first three Knead and mix well to form a smooth dough

2. Divide into 6 equal parts and pinch into the egg tart mold

Tips
1.The small triangular cheese can be replaced with 30 grams of cream cheese.
