Eggs: moisturize
Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 10g ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Milk ( 140g ) | White sugar ( 30 grams ) |
Whipping cream ( 15g ) | Egg tart crust ( 24 pieces (small size) ) |
How to make egg tarts

1.I made low-gluten flour according to the method Ha You said (the ratio of high-gluten flour and cornstarch is 11:9, and the two flours are sifted together five times).

2. Beat the eggs, I use whole eggs.

3.Pour 140 grams of milk into the egg liquid (I use the one my Niuniu drinks for children) milk (no pure milk), add 30 grams of white sugar (I used ordinary white sugar), and stir evenly.

4.Put 15 grams of whipping cream, I use Nestle's, and stir evenly with a whisk.

5.Put in the low-gluten flour again. You should sift it in with a sieve.I put it in directly, so It takes a long time to stir with a whisk.

6.Put in the oven at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.Place the middle grid first, and the top grid for the last five minutes.bake.
Tips
The egg tart crust I bought was a semi-finished product. It was the first time I bought it.It was too small.I didn’t pour too much, so it wasn’t very full in the end and didn’t bake too much. It’s best to sift the low-gluten flour into the egg liquid, otherwise it needs to be sieved.Stir for a long time.
