How to make two-color honey cookies

1. Mix low-gluten flour, almond flour, and salt evenly, divide into two portions, add matcha powder and sift.

2. Beat butter, add honey in three batches and beat until white.

3. Divide the whipped butter into two parts.

4. Add the powder mixture and mix evenly with a spatula.

5. Put the two colors of dough into a piping bag.

6.Push into the baking pan.

7. Bake at 170 degrees for fifteen minutes.
Tips
