How to make butter cookies

1.Weigh the ingredients.Butter softened.I just take the hot water and warm it up.Add sugar.Set the eggs aside and mix well.

2.Use a whisk to beat the butter and sugar mixture. After mixing, add the egg liquid in two batches and continue mixing.Stir well and add egg liquid each time.

3.After stirring, sift in low-gluten flour.Mix well with a rubber spatula until no dry flour is visible.

4.Put the dough into a plastic bag and roll it into a dough with a thickness of 0.6-1cm.I will roll it out.Not evenly. After the dough is formed, tear off the top layer of plastic wrap and cut the dough into small pieces with a knife.

5. Line a baking sheet with oiled paper (or put tin foil on the grill, I got more , baked in two batches), use a rubber knife to carefully scoop out the dough pieces onto the tin foil paper and spread them out.

6. The upper and lower tubes of the oven are set to 190 degrees. After preheating, place the baking sheet in the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes..

7.It’s baked. The thickness is uneven, so some are overcooked.

8. The amount was too much, so I baked it twice. This is from the second set.Continue to bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

9.All baked!

10. So crispy and fragrant!
Tips
It was my first time baking cookies, and it felt ok.The cookie shape won't be squeezed, just make it into dough and cut it into pieces. The white sugar is one by one, and there is a lot of butter. Not suitable for my taste.Sugar is too sweet.Use less sugar and butter next time.
