Ingredients
Butter ( 60g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 75g ) |
Powdered sugar ( 20g ) | Egg yolk ( 15g ) |
Salt ( 1g ) |

1.The butter is softened at room temperature and can be easily spread with a spatula

4.Add the egg yolk and mix evenly

6.Put the batter into a piping bag

7.Put a piece of oil paper in a baking pan, squeeze out the batter into the shape you want, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes
