How to make cookies

1.Butter softens naturally.Add one gram of salt and beat with a whisk.Add 50 grams of sugar and beat.Add the egg yolks in two batches and beat well.Add 140 grams of low-gluten flour and mix evenly until no flour particles are visible.Make it into a small dose.
