Green onions ( 1 bar ) |
How to fry pumpkin

1.Wash pumpkin, red pepper, garlic and green onion.

2. Cut the red pepper into shreds, and dice the garlic and green onion.

3. Cut the pumpkin into shreds.

4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add diced green onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

5. Pour in shredded pumpkin and red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

6.Add light soy sauce and white sugar and stir-fry.

7. Add salt and MSG and stir well.

Tips
1.Don’t cut the pumpkin shreds too thin as they are easy to break.When frying tender pumpkin, there is no need to add water, as some water will come out during the frying process.2.The red pepper is not spicy, the main thing is the color.(MSG can be added according to personal taste).
