How to make kiwi mousse cup

1. Wash the kiwi fruit and cut into thin slices for later use.

2.Add the gelatine powder to the milk, stir evenly and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, then set aside.

3. Pour the light cream into the container, add the sugar in 2 batches and beat at medium speed until 60% , a cream with a little texture that can flow.

4. Let the milk cool down to about 35 degrees and pour it into the whipped cream quickly.Mix well.

5. Attach the kiwi fruit slices to the inner wall of the glass.Pour in the mousse liquid.

Tips
